Designing ProcessIf we were to single out one of the most important phases of the design process it definitely would be the planning phase.

It is planning and implementation of a tested strategy plan that is the key to web site success. We develop around our six-phase strategy process.

Phase-1 Consultation and Defining the Project:
The first phase consists of Meeting to define requirements and determining overall goals. At this point a quick analysis of industry is done to promote a better understanding of client needs. Identifying backend programming the information is then analyzed to consider budget and time sensitivity. At this point as the project materializes, a cost proposal is presented to the client.

Phase-2 Site Planning
In the second phase after the proposal has been approved, ADI will collect any content such as text, logos, and photos and compile it into significant levels. At this point a prototype will take form. Visitors or potential customers are looking for the information on your website. The flow of the information should be easily navigated and accessible to insure the visitor has a clear view and direction to the information.

Phase-3 Design and Development of Prototype:
In the third phase the web site begins to form an identity.  Colors, shapes, themes and text give a visual look and feel and establish a defined personality.  The creativeness of the structure plays a formidable roll in enhancing and complementing the Architecture of the information.  Once the navigational and all around design aspects of the prototype are approved by the client, the site will then move into production.

Phase-4 Production and Quality Assurance:

In the fourth phase over all construction of the Web Site is implemented and content is integrated within the parameters of each page. All backend application development (databases, email systems…) are performed and the site is then tested and checked for cross browser platforms, content, broken links and screen resolution capabilities.

Phase-5 Testing and Launching:

In the fifth phase the Web Site is thoroughly tested to verify maximum performance and consistency. After a final view and approval from the client to determine any additional changes or programming, the site files are then uploaded to the destination folders on the client’s remote server via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) where it can be viewed live.

Phase-6 Web Site Promotion:

In the sixth phase ADI will create Meta tags (keywords and description) pertinent to the nature of your business and register them to 32 major search engines for four months. ADI will also offer continued tech support on your new web site as well as ongoing maintenance.

Photography is a highly competitive, and obviously, visual business. I needed a website that would capture my client's attention quickly, and keep it. ADI Solutions designed a site that downloaded quickly, was clean and simple, and yet contained the content that my business required to bring in more clients.
