Basic Web Page Construction: HTML expert, capable of tactical coding tradeoffs, newest coding proposals, code-validation, predicting problems, JAVA script, hand-code advanced html, scripting knowledge of CSS, javascript / dhtml. Knowledge of accessibility, usability, and page performance issues. Knowledgeable about different MIME types and streaming-media issues.

Web Design: Design a Web page from scratch that is a unified work of art. Combine content, navigational structure, and appearance into a powerful integrated experience. Design Web Pages, complex graphic buttons, button bars, banners and logo-like iconic elements. Creates animates gifs and Macromedia Flash animations. Understanding of color palette and graphic compression issues.

Programming: Basic Unix commands, code using scripting languages, create simple connections between a Web site and a database. Programming in PHP, some ASP. Knowledge of Unix command line.

Project Management: Provides oversight of budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables. Coordinator of project team communications and responsibility for project direction, goals, and objectives.
